FEATURED SOLUTIONS
MOBILE ASSESSMENTS APP
On SAP Learning Solution (SAP LSO)
The Mobile Assessments app was introduced as a mechanism to record training outcomes at the point of transaction, allowing data to be directly populated into SAP LSO. The solution meets Registered Training Organisation (RTO) regulatory and legislative requirements, in line with the paper-based forms it replaced. In addition, it supports the organisation with accurate real time data to enable other IT systems such as:
Operational availability & rostering systems
Payroll systems
Organisational reporting ability on skills currency
Operational readiness
FIORI SELF SERVICE PORTAL AND MOBILE APP
On SAP ERP (SAP ESS MSS)
The goal was to renew and mobilise SAP Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service, which at the time were delivered through the SAP Portal, largely on legacy SAP UI technologies. There was an opportunity to modernise these services to the SAP Fiori UX (and underlying SAPUI5 framework).
This solution introduced numerous benefits including:
Conversion and consolidation of all HR & Finance applications/forms from paper to digital, mobile-enabled business workflows
Reduced footprint of legacy technologies resulting in increased supportability and lower TCO
More intuitive and user-friendly screens via responsive user interfaces, optimised for mobile devices
Easier extensibility and integration with web standards skillset
Alignment with long-term SAP UX strategy
RUNSHEETS APP
On SAP Enterprise Asset Management (SAP EAM)
The objective was to convert the existing paper-based fleet “runsheets” to a digital process, through a mobile app. This transformation brought a number of business benefits including:
Enhanced usability, convenience and familiarity of a smartphone app
Improved data accuracy from leveraging smartphone functionality to minimise manual input and validate data including QR code recognition
Direct integration with SAP EAM, eliminating manual data entry steps and streamlining the business process
Reduced administration and overhead costs associated with paper use for runsheets
